Our Website Design Process
Asking questions is always a good thing. Understanding any process in which you become involved is always a great practice. Therefore, it’s important for you to gain a general understanding of just how our custom design relationship begins, evolves and continues.

In this stage we will:
- We listen as you express your needs – what your website will do for you.
- Together, we determine the type site and the pages required
- Then, we provide a cost estimate based on this discussion

During this stage we will:
- We begin the design process, kicking around function and look ideas
- We create two or three sample designs for your site
- Provide a “demo” site so you can gain an actual feel in your Internet browser
Actually, we used to do this. We no longer feel this is the most productive route. We're good at what we do and, if we handle the discussion step correctly, will already have a pretty solid idea of what is going to work for you. So instead of several sample designs we rather spend our time refining a single design through multiple revisions based on your feedback. Obviously this helps when on a tighter budget.

The last stage of the design process will begin with the approval of your selected design. Upon approval, we will:
- Complete the secondary pages placing appropriate text, links and images where necessary.
- Complete all necessary scans and/or color corrections for your graphical images; and
- Optimize and submit your completed website to the major search engines for free. (Please note, some search engines do require a submission fee, these may be included at an additional cost.)
